The 8× safety rule
Total RA can never exceed 8× your starting Service Fee (SF) — protecting the ecosystem long-term.
Lifetime Cap Meter — 8× SF
Total payable RA can never exceed 8× total SF paid. Excess is frozen until SF increases.
Lifetime_Cap = Total_Service_Fee × 8 Payable_RA = MIN(Projected_RA, Lifetime_Cap) Frozen_RA = MAX(Projected_RA - Lifetime_Cap, 0) ΔCap = ΔTotal_Service_Fee × 8 (plan + cloud licences → cap grows)
Your Lifetime Cap is always 8× your Total SF paid. The only way to raise the cap is to increase your Total SF — by buying additional plan licences or upgrading services. Every new SF unit instantly adds 8× its value to your personal cap, unfreezing future earnings.
Example: Total SF $1,548.98 → Cap $12,391.84. Add a GROWTH ($295.96 SF) → Cap becomes $14,759.52 (+$2,367.68).
Cap rules — valid for every plan
These cap rules apply to ALL plans (Starter, Growth, Elite, Pro and MAXY): the cap base counts only 30% of the Cloud Licence cost, the cap is 8× that base, and every single earning consumes it. MAXY has one particularity only: UNLIMITED Cloud storage — no GB cap.
Initial_Cap_Base = plan activation price + (Cloud Licence cost × 30%). Each Cloud Licence adds only 30% of its price to the cap base, not 100%. Same formula for every plan.
Initial_Effective_Cap = Initial_Cap_Base × 8, on every plan. Example (MAXY): ($3,588.98 + $1,899.99 × 30%) × 8 = $33,271.82.
Cloud_Cycle_Maximum_Production = Current_Applicable_Cap × 51%, on every plan. On the example above: $16,968.63. The ceiling applies to gross production before the 60/30/10 reward split.
When a Cloud Licence is replaced, the unused cap is carried over: New_Applicable_Cap = Remaining unused cap + (new Cloud Licence cost × 8 on its 30% share).
The cap rules above are identical on every plan. The only difference of MAXY is that it has NO GB cap: Cloud storage is unlimited, so you can stack any number of Cloud Licences. All other plans are limited by their storage cap (Starter 10 GB · Growth 25 GB · Elite 50 GB · Pro 100 GB · MAXY unlimited).
The maximum cap is not limited to Cloud production. When the sum of all earnings reaches the cap, the plan is exhausted and must be renewed.
- Cloud production
- Pool distributions
- Network / referral commissions on all levels
- Direct bonuses
- Rank and leadership rewards
- Staking rewards
- HRP conversions
- Any other reward credited to the account
Cloud Licence prices are subject to adjustment and may increase at any moment without prior notice. A licence-cost anti-inflation adjustment is applied automatically: +7.33% every 3 months, compounded. Caps are always recalculated on the price actually paid at the moment of purchase.
Licence_Price(q) = Current_Price × (1 + 0.0733)^q (q = completed 3-month periods)
Initial_Cap_Base = Plan_Price + (Cloud_Cost × 30%) Initial_Effective_Cap = Initial_Cap_Base × 8 Cloud_Cycle_Maximum_Production = Current_Applicable_Cap × 51% Cap_Consumption = Production + Pools + Network_Commissions + Bonuses + Staking + HRP Remaining_Cap = Current_Applicable_Cap − ALL earnings already credited New_Applicable_Cap = Remaining_Cap + (New_Cloud_Cost × 30% × 8) Licence_Price(q) = Current_Price × (1 + 0.0733)^q
