The Lifetime Cap includes EVERY earning: production, Pool rewards, network/referral commissions on all levels, direct bonuses, rank and leadership rewards, staking rewards and HRP conversions all consume the same cap.
A single cycle can pay at most 51% of the effective cap. Production above the ceiling or above the remaining cap is not lost immediately: it is deferred and becomes payable when the cap is renewed with a new Cloud Licence cycle.
Cloud Licence prices are subject to adjustment and may increase at any moment. Licence-cost anti-inflation is applied automatically: +7.33% every 3 months (compounded).
The 30% staked portion of every production payout is locked for 24 months and earns 8.8% APY, paid in PICO. Figures are illustrative examples, not guaranteed returns.

Legend — What do RA, SF and PR mean?
Quick reference for the metrics shown in the plan table.
The yearly multiplier applied to your Subscription Fee that determines your maximum production output (e.g. RA 1.40 = 140% of SF over 12 months). Boosted by Cloud GB up to a maximum of 1.60.
The yearly fee paid for your plan. SF defines your account level, platform access, lifetime cap base and the reference value used for all RA, PR and pool calculations.
The actual rewards generated by your active plan combined with attached Cloud or Hardware Licences. PR = SF × effective RA, capped by the plan's maximum production and the lifetime cap (total SF × 8).
- PICO — Internal accounting unit used to express rewards (1 PICO = $0.25 reference value).
- HRN / HRP — HORNO Network tokens used for airdrops, staking and Pioneer pack allocations.
- Lifetime Cap — Maximum lifetime payout per active plan = total Service Fee (SF + attached Cloud/Hardware licences) × 8. Once reached, further rewards are frozen until a higher plan or more licences are activated.
Stake information
How the Stake PICO portion of your production rewards works across all paid plans.
30% of every production payout is allocated to Stake PICO and locked for 24 months. During this period it earns 8.8% yearly return.
After the 24-month staking period ends, a 12-month vesting period applies before the staked funds become fully available.
Withdrawal: Once the staking and vesting periods are complete, the funds become available for withdrawal as Liquid PICO.
⚠️ Important Notice — Storage Activation Required
HORNO subscription plans DO NOT include storage capacity or active production by default.
Plans define your account level, platform access, rewards multipliers, referral eligibility, and maximum production cap only.
To start daily production and activate the capacity available under your active plan, you must attach at least one active Cloud License or Hardware License (GB allocation).
Starter Plan + 10GB Cloud License = enables daily production activation based on the allocated storage capacity.
Without an attached Cloud License or Hardware GB allocation, production remains inactive even if the subscription plan is active.
Production capacity, rewards allocation, and network participation are always calculated based on:
- •Active subscription plan
- •Allocated licensed GB
- •Device or cloud activation status
- •Network verification and uptime
Node production is variable and may differ by ±5–10% depending on actual network activity and storage usage.
Cloud Licenses and Hardware Licenses are sold separately and may vary according to available storage capacity and network requirements.
Plan activation rules for commissions
Compensation is defined by your activation state at the exact moment an earning is generated. Value flows inward from your network; earnings are locked at generation time and are never recalculated later.

As a paid user with fewer than 3 active paid Level 1 referrals, your network keeps generating value. The Direct Bonus splits into 5% paid immediately and 5% frozen, while L1 (10%), L2 (5%) and L3 (2%) are generated and held frozen until you reach full activation.
With an active paid plan and 3 or more active paid Level 1 referrals, Direct Bonus (10%), L1 (10%), L2 (5%) and L3 (2%) are 100% unlocked and paid immediately. Minimum withdrawal is optimised to USD 50.
When qualification requirements are not yet met, generated commissions are secured as a frozen balance with a 28-calendar-day validity. If the requirements are met inside the window, the balance is released automatically.

All commissions and bonuses are calculated according to your exact status at the precise moment the earning is generated. Upgrading your plan later does not change, increase or recalculate past earnings.
- Free user generates a 5% Direct Bonus, then upgrades → the original bonus stays 5%, no recalculation.
- Partially active user generates 5% immediate + 5% frozen, then becomes fully active within 28 days → the frozen 5% is released and the total bonus becomes 10%.
